Our office policies
Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. A missed or late cancelled appointment holds a slot another family could have used, so we ask parents to give us as much notice as possible.
Cancellation fees
What the fee is, and when it applies
This fee applies to any missed appointment and to any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us, you may be recorded as a missed appointment.
$25
Orthodontic and hygiene appointments
A $25 cancellation fee for Orthodontic and Hygiene (cleanings) appointments.
$50
Treatment appointments
$50 for Treatment (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc) appointments.
$75
Sedation appointments
$75 for Sedation appointments, where oral or IV sedation has been scheduled.
Paying for your visit
Payment methods we accept
We accept American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Care Credit. We also file the insurance paperwork on behalf of families, so a parent is not left sorting out claims after an appointment.
